Job summary

Clipboard Health is hiring an Operations Strategy Associate, a generalist role designed for an all-around problem-solver who can drive impact across our operations landscape. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from refining payment outreach to speeding cash conversion, evaluating vendors, and building predictive analytics.

Some hires may start in execution roles while others lead initiatives early on. This is fast-paced and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Curiosity-driven problem-solver with ability to uncover root causes.
• Willingness to work across projects and teams in a fast-paced startup.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Redesign outreach to workplaces about payment methods and speed cash conversion.
• Research, vet, and onboard vendors embedding AI agents into customer-facing work.
• Build internal predictive analytics to catch bad payers earlier with high accuracy.
• Spearhead a quality task force to ensure top service for major customers.
• Manage a team of agents within one of the Operations teams.
• Work directly within workflows, handling customer interactions and identifying process improvements.
