The role is remote-first, with an expected 2–4 hours per month, and offers potential for carried interest and sweat equity opportunities as the firm scales its VC fund, venture studio, and healthcare

Qualifications

• Proven track record in healthcare leadership and advisory roles.
• Experience with venture capital, startups, or healthcare tech preferred.
• Ability to commit 2–4 hours per month for board participation and advisory activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision.
• Advise on healthcare market trends, opportunities, startup evaluation, founder support, and social impact strategy.
• Contribute leadership insight across clinical care, healthcare operations, digital health, biotech, pharma, and health AI.
• Offer relevant introductions, perspectives, and expertise to strengthen the firm’s ecosystem and portfolio support.
• Participate in periodic board discussions and provide thoughtful recommendations based on your background and expertise.
