Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow referral volume from physician offices and drive revenue for our infusion centers. You will be a key ambassador for the Local Infusion brand in the market, partnering with external stakeholders and internal teams.

The role requires building relationships with physicians, payers, and employers, while traveling within the territory and supporting a patient-centered care model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals in healthcare is preferred.
• Competitive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within territory and occasional overnight travel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive referrals from specialist physician offices to increase revenue for Local Infusion centers.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff, payers, and employers.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth patient experiences and timely referrals.
• Increase brand recognition by networking at events and community activities.
• Report activities and results through CRM and internal tracking tools.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas in assigned territories.
