Job summary

Local Infusion is hiring a Business Development Manager to build relationships with referring physician offices and other healthcare stakeholders to drive referral volume and revenue at our infusion centers. The role represents the Local Infusion brand in the market and works with external and internal teams to support patient care.

The BDM will focus on growing revenue by engaging specialist offices, primary care, payers, and employers, while attending events to raise brand awareness and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals in healthcare.
• Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within territory and occasional overnight travel.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with providers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow referral volume and revenue for Local Infusion centers by engaging referring physician offices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in territory (physician offices, payers, employers).
• Collaborate with operations to ensure positive patient and physician outcomes.
• Increase brand recognition by attending local events and conferences.
• Educate practices on referral processes and timely patient capture.
• Foster relationships with pharmaceutical reps and other referral sources.
• Record timely, organized reports using CRM and expense platforms.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas.
