Job summary

Ameriflex is seeking a Proposal Writer II to identify, qualify, develop, and submit persuasive, compliant responses to government solicitations. You will work with sales, operations, legal, and finance to produce accurate, differentiated proposals; translate complex information into clear, evaluator-focused responses; and manage content from discovery through post-submission follow-up.

Qualifications

Advanced government proposal writing, editing, proofreading, and document-development skills.
Strong knowledge of the end-to-end proposal lifecycle and compliance-driven response development.
Ability to analyze complex solicitations and translate requirements into actionable writing, compliance and submission plans.

Responsibilities

Source government contracting opportunities and maintain an opportunity pipeline.
Develop compliant responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and related solicitations.
Coordinate cross-functional inputs and ensure on-time submission of final proposals.
