Remote People is building a global, remote-first Employer of Record platform. We seek an Intermediate Full Stack Engineer to own frontend and backend work across React/TypeScript and Java or Python services.

You’ll collaborate with PMs, designers, and QA in a cross-functional squad, and use AI tooling as a core part of development. You’ll join a remote-first team spread across time zones, contributing to architecture, tests, and feature delivery while maintaining high ownership and quality

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years in web application development.
• Experience with React and TypeScript for building modern web apps.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot or Python and a framework for backend services.
• Experience building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Good knowledge of CSS and UI development practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain web applications using React/TypeScript on the front-end and Java or Python on the back-end.
• Build well-structured and scalable APIs to support front-end and back-end functionality.
• Participate in the full implementation cycle from design to rollout.
• Use AI coding tools as a standard part of your workflow, with good judgment on generated code.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Product Manager to plan and implement new features.
• Participate in Engineering Chapters and contribute to architecture discussions.
