HireHi is seeking a seasoned software engineer to design, build, and maintain data and core platform functionality. You will develop features across the full product stack and participate in scoping, measurement, and iteration based on feedback.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Strong CS fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency with Django and React.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Ability to take ownership of core product areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, optimize, and maintain CaptivateIQ’s data and core platform functionality.
• Develop and improve product features across the full product stack.
• Participate in the product development process from scoping to measuring success and iterating.
• Maintain high engineering and security standards, and improve codebases and processes.
• Collaborate with engineers across the company to scale systems.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support and uptime.
