• 3–5 years of fullstack development experience.
• Experience taking features from 0 → 1 and driving adoption.
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern frontend practices.
• Deep knowledge of Node.js, REST APIs, and databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

• Own the full lifecycle of features from requirements to deployment.
