Tilt is hiring a Software Engineer II to own features from design to production, improve reliability, and collaborate with engineers, product, and design. This full-time role reports to the Engineering Manager and offers a remote-friendly environment with stock options and a strong benefits package.

You will ship full-stack features using Python/Django on the backend and React on the frontend, write tests, participate in code reviews, and help reduce technical debt while triaging production

Qualifications

• Shipped full-stack features to production using Python/Django on the backend and React on the frontend.
• Experience in startups and/or B2B SaaS environments.
• Write automated tests as part of workflow and ship through CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Own well-scoped features from design to production release and estimate effort.
• Reduce bugs and technical debt; make code easier to change.
• Write automated unit and integration tests; keep CI pipeline green.
