AMG is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Employment & General Litigation practice in a remote-first environment with available office access. The role offers hands-on experience across all phases of cases, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial prep, with mentorship from experienced trial attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment and general litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis in support of case strategy.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial preparation.
• Work closely with partners, clients, experts, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes.
