Job summary
EverCommerce is seeking a Director of Onboarding & Implementation for EverHealth to lead fast, scalable onboarding across EHR and billing products. You will shape the vision, shorten time-to-value, and partner with Sales to extend the buying journey from day one.

Qualifications
- 8+ years leading Onboarding, Implementation, or Professional Services teams in SaaS.
- 3+ years in director-level or equivalent leadership role.
- Experience building high-volume, remote-first onboarding.
- Shifted teams to consultative, outcomes-based engagement using AI and digital content.
- Strong data fluency for time-to-value, adoption and onboarding health metrics.
Responsibilities
- Define multi-year onboarding vision and translate into a roadmap.
- Own time-to-first-value metric and shorten milestones without quality loss.
- Partner with Sales to treat onboarding as part of the buying journey.
- Lead consultative, workflow-based implementation coaching.
- Coordinate onboarding across payments, RCM, and related workflows.
- Develop a scalable remote delivery model with minimal onsite work.
- Lead managers and grow the leadership team, building career paths.
- Create repeatable playbooks and AI-powered tooling for scale.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, Customer Success, and Sales.
- Define and report onboarding metrics to drive improvement.
- Serve as executive escalation point for at-risk onboardings.
