Barrena Branding & Marketing, a full-service marketing agency in the United States, seeks a Director of Marketing Strategy to lead strategy and client engagement across a portfolio of growing companies.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in marketing, with a strong background in B2B tech/healthcare and demand generation. This role offers a remote-first environment and flexible scheduling with executive-level client leadership.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with B2B tech/healthcare/SaaS; consumer brands a plus.
• Experience building and optimizing lead generation and pipeline-driven marketing programs across channels.
• Strategic marketer who has developed strategies and guided campaigns from concept to execution.
• Experience leading marketing teams and reviewing deliverables for strategic alignment.
• Comfortable presenting to executives and guiding clients through marketing decisions.

Mansioni

• Lead marketing strategy development for a portfolio of clients across primarily B2B industries, with occasional consumer brands.
• Run weekly client strategy meetings and act as the primary strategic contact for accounts.
• Translate business goals into demand generation campaigns across channels such as email, content marketing, paid media, and digital marketing.
• Review deliverables from our team to ensure strategic alignment and quality before client delivery.
• Provide strategic direction to internal specialists and contractors executing marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with project coordinator to ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve results.
• Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and propose new initiatives.
• Guide messaging, campaign direction, and marketing priorities based on each client’s growth goals.
