Qualifications

• 4+ years in Workforce Management with capacity planning.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
• Experience with multiple channels and FTE/vendor planning.
• Ability to model scenarios and translate outputs into actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasts and short-range capacity plans across multiple queues.
• Build and maintain capacity models using hybrid human–AI tooling.
• Create multi-scenario staffing plans balancing SLAs and cost.
• Partner with vendor management and BPO to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Compliance Ops, Finance, and Recruiting on budgets.
• Analyze forecast misses and improve forecasting methods.
• Automate planning processes for accuracy and scalability.
• Communicate risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Use generative AI with human oversight for outputs.
