Job summary

Coinbase is seeking an L4 Capacity Planning Lead to join the Compliance Workforce Management team. Lead forecasts and short-range capacity plans, translate volume and AHT trends into staffing requirements, and leverage AI-enhanced planning to optimize cost and service levels.

You will partner with Compliance Operations, Finance and Recruiting to align headcount budgets and growth targets, while driving data-driven forecasting improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Workforce Management experience with capacity planning and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with WFM platforms (e.g., Assembled or comparable).
• Experience across multiple support channels and planning for both FTE and vendor/BPO workforces.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasts and short-range capacity plans across multiple compliance queues and markets.
• Build and maintain capacity models using hybrid human–AI tooling.
• Create multi-scenario staffing plans balancing service levels, cost, and flexibility.
