• Attend to unglamorous maintenance tasks as needed.
• Find low-drama workarounds when official paths are blocked.
• Test assumptions before they lead to costly mistakes.
• Maintain the customer experience across the Industrial Partners accounts during peak volumes.
• Guard customer experience during all process changes.
• Trim resilience processes that are no longer fit for purpose.
• Step in on duties that support the wider Industrial Partners mission.
