Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytics engineering or data roles with pipelines and models.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with a modern data stack.

Responsibilities

• Own design, build, and maintain data models and pipelines for CX operations and compliance.
• Translate business needs into data requirements and deliver self-serve analytics.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for CX performance and trends.
• Improve data quality and governance with testing and monitoring.
• Automate recurring data workflows and reporting to enable self-serve.
• Collaborate with Data Eng and Analytics teams to align best practices.
