Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain curated datasets and data models powering compliance controls across monitoring, KYC/EDD, and screening.
• Own data quality for compliance datasets with validation checks, lineage tracking, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close upstream data gaps and translate control requirements into scalable data structures.
• Improve detection signal quality by analyzing outputs and reducing non-actionable noise while preserving safety.
• Develop measurement frameworks for control effectiveness and build repeatable reporting pipelines for leadership and auditors.
