Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies seeks a Firmware Engineering Co-op in the Bay Area (Pleasanton office, mostly remote) to contribute to firmware and software for next-generation medical devices in Angiography, Physiology, and Imaging. Under experienced engineers, you will develop software for MCU/DSP/ARM, implement cybersecurity features, and work on RTOS environments.

You'll collaborate across QA, RA, test, and hardware teams, draft test plans, and participate in product development lifecycles while

Qualifications

• Pursuing B.S./M.S. in a relevant engineering field (see minimum).
• Familiarity with firmware principles, embedded systems, and development environments.
• Strong C/C++ on embedded systems; familiarity with Python and cybersecurity basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop firmware/software for MCUs/DSP/ARM, tests, and implements features.
• Create and execute firmware test plans and reports.
• Collaborate with QA/RA/test and hardware teams to meet product requirements.
