You will travel weekly within Wisconsin, attend Fire Shows, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery. A firefighter background and solid sales experience are essential; flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Must have firefighter background and understand fire department and EMS needs.
• Proven sales experience in fire equipment or related industries.
• Strong understanding of fire apparatus and emergency equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional targets.
• Identify and establish relationships with fire departments and EMS clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of fire equipment.
• Provide expert advice and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and terms.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Travel weekly within Wisconsin and attend Fire Shows and meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery and support.
