Job summary

World Market is seeking a Financial Systems Technical Lead to support, enhance, and lead maintenance of the organization’s financial systems, with primary responsibility for Lawson Financials on an AS/400 platform. The role partners with Finance to provide technical solutions, governance, and modernization roadmap.

You will oversee configurations, integrations, and upgrades, mentor the Technology team, and ensure secure, auditable, scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years supporting financial or ERP systems.
• Experience with Lawson (Infor) Financials is desirable.
• Retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep functional knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Inventory, Retail Stock Ledger).
• Collaborate with partners to gather requirements, document workflows, and translate needs into system designs.
• Lead cross‑functional IT/Finance projects, managing timelines, requirements, testing and implementation steps.
• Provide Level‑3 production support for financial systems and integrations.
