micro1 is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert (contractor) to support a project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You will apply accounting judgment to evaluate AI-generated outputs and training data.

Required: experience in AI training or human-data work, and familiarity with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, or Dynamics 365. Remote worldwide work with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems.
• Proficient in evaluating AI-generated accounting outputs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and journal entries.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrective rationale.
• Assess workflows across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance.
