Job summary

Fidelity is hiring a Financial Services Representative to support customers by phone, answer questions, process transactions, and guide them through initial planning stages. You’ll begin in a largely work-from-home setup with one weekly day on-site in the Investor Center as you train and build core skills in financial services.

During onboarding you will earn FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7 Top Off, Series 66) with Fidelity paying for study time, coaching, and structured plans.

Responsibilities

• Support Fidelity customers over the phone, answering questions about account balances, withdrawals and transfers.
• Place trades and identify resources while working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center.
• After onboarding, transition to working on-site in the Investor Center each day.
