FormativGroup, LLC is seeking a Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to accelerate bookings, win new logos, and expand strategic, multi-year engagements across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, and related financial-services markets. The role emphasizes consultative selling, executive relationships, and cross-functional orchestration within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting or digital transformation to enterprise clients.
• Proven success selling into Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, or financial services.
• Experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and related ecosystems.
• Record of meeting or exceeding $4-6M annual bookings targets.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder pursuits with presales, industry, delivery, and executive resources.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute account and territory strategies across the full sales lifecycle.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts across financial services clients.
• Build trusted relationships with Salesforce and partner stakeholders.
• Lead pursuit strategy and coordinate resources across opportunities.
• Develop account strategies around Wealth/Asset Management priorities and data modernization.
• Secure large multi-year engagements and manage profitability.
