Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest.
• Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video to understand client needs.
• Present personalized solutions including life insurance, IULs, and annuities.
• Educate clients on financial protection and wealth-building strategies.
• Build trust and guide clients through their decision-making process.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from first contact through closing.
• Maintain detailed client records using CRM platforms.
• Follow up consistently to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions.
