Hydro is seeking a Financial Operations Expert to drive finance transformation and partner with manufacturing operations across North America. The role focuses on leading ERP implementations, improving controls, and delivering standardized processes that strengthen financial governance.

We are looking for 8+ years in manufacturing finance, with expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and financial reporting, plus strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, controlling, cost accounting, or related areas.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations and automation.
• Partner with Plant Controllers, Regional Finance, and business leaders to improve processes.
• Provide technical leadership on manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, and costing.
• Develop reporting and performance metrics to support leadership decisions.
• Mentor Finance teams to strengthen capability.
