Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking self-motivated individuals for a remote career with upside. You’ll handle inbound conversations from people who requested help with financial-protection options, following a coached process and being measured on activity and results.

You will be trained, coached, and supported by experienced colleagues, with opportunities for leadership if you excel. Interviews are conducted on Zoom and success comes from being coachable and results-driven.

Qualifications

• Inbound conversations experience or willingness to handle inbound inquiries.
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain options clearly.
• Willingness to be coached and to follow a proven process.
• Comfortable on camera for remote communication.

Responsibilities

• Take requested conversations from inbound leads.
• Explain benefit options simply to clients.
• Help clients enroll when it is a fit.
• Maintain a clean follow-up rhythm with prospects.
