Job summary

ForecastEx seeks an experienced Financial Controller to lead finance and clearing initiatives and ensure adherence to CFTC regulations. The role supports the CEO in risk management and process automation across the derivatives market landscape.

The ideal candidate has strong financial and clearing expertise, leadership experience, and a proactive approach to evolving regulatory and market conditions, with liaison to regulators as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or other Business-related discipline.
Leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking, clearing, or brokerage services.
Familiarity with CFTC regulations relating to DCOs, DCMs and FCMs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for finance matters with banks, FCMs and partners.
Develop and maintain policies to ensure compliance with laws and customer fund segregation.
Oversee audits and reporting for Exchange and Clearing operations.
