Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience in research administration and governmental or commercial accounting.
• Experience with costing allocations and analyzing large data.
• Advanced Excel with complex spreadsheets and data models.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States for any employer on a full‑time basis.

Responsibilities

• Assists with Funds Management within the Office of Sponsored Projects, reviewing processes for efficiencies.
• Conducts financial and operational analysis, including trend analysis and variance reviews.
• Escalates and communicates financial issues with timely updates on analytics and receivables.
• Processes weekly LOC draws, prepares draw reports and reconciles post‑draw balances.
• Assists with day‑to‑day sponsored receivables activities and aging reports.
• Supports program reviews and operational audits and recommends workflow improvements.
• Other related functions as assigned.
