Wondr Health is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the FP&A team with reporting, analytics, and problem-solving activities. You will build reports in Excel, analyze variances and trends, manage large datasets, and assist in forecasting and budgeting.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Remote or hybrid options are available depending on department needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field is required.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office is expected; Power BI is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports in Excel.
• Perform variance and trend analysis on key metrics.
• Work with large datasets to evaluate information, performance and trends.
• Maintain ROI analyses and models as needed.
• Assist in monthly forecast and annual budget preparation.
• Create what-if scenario models for key financial statements.
• Flexible schedule with extended hours during critical planning, forecasting, budgeting and close periods.
