Job summary

Wondr Health is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the FP&A team with reporting, analytics, and problem-solving activities. You will build reports in Excel, analyze variances and trends, manage large datasets, and assist in forecasting and budgeting.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Remote or hybrid options are available depending on department needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field is required.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office is expected; Power BI is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to work with large datasets.

PURPOSE:

The Financial Analyst supports the FP&A team and Wondr Health organization through reporting, analytics, and problem-solving activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Build and maintain reoccurring and ad-hoc reports in Excel.
• Perform variance and trend analysis on key metrics.
• Ability to work with large datasets to evaluate relevant information, performance, and trends.
• Maintain ROI analysis and models as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly forecast and annual budget.
• Create what-if scenario models for key financial statements.
• Maintains a flexible work schedule while meeting business needs, including occasional extended hours during critical planning, forecasting, budgeting, and close periods.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS:

General office working conditions can be remote work from home or in the office. Each department head determines if position is work from home or hybrid meaning works from home and in the office as needed. Work schedules vary. When working in the office pod workstation area has little or no privacy. Involves extended periods of sitting at a workstation performing computer duties. Constant flow of interruptions by personnel, visitors to the area and telephone calls. Private workstations are available as needed. Certain positions are assigned an office.
