Zusammenfassung

Harris Computer Systems seeks a Financial Analyst to support the Healthcare division, reporting to the Business Unit Controller. The role is based in Ottawa, Canada headquarters or remote.

You will manage month-end and quarter-end close processes, prepare journal entries, assist with forecasting, intercompany transactions, audit support, and ad hoc reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• CPA or CPA student considered an asset.
• 2+ years of relevant experience required.

Aufgaben

• Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes by working with the Finance team to meet reporting deadlines.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations for various accounts.
• Assist with forecasting of net revenues and operating expenses.
• Coordinate with the Finance group to ensure intercompany transactions are recorded accurately.
• Provide support to the divisional EVP and VP’s as needed.
• Prepare information requests and respond to questions during quarterly reviews and the annual audit.
• Engage in special projects & ad hoc reporting as required.
