Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on financial and variance analysis for Local Systems and affiliates, delivering refined monthly operation insights to support accountability reporting and performance measurement.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with healthcare exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field is required.
• 3 years' experience in accounting, finance, statistics, healthcare or related field is required.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial and variance analysis of Local Systems and other HSHS affiliates.
• Provide refined analysis of monthly operations to support monthly accountability reporting to the Local Systems and affiliates.
