This role offers uncapped commissions with the potential for six figures, a flexible 3–4 day workweek, and comprehensive onboarding and tech support. Remote work from anywhere in the United States is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be customer-focused and able to work remotely.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a mentorship-driven environment.
• Sales or customer service experience a plus, but not required.
• Uncapped commission with six-figure earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Consult warm leads virtually with qualified prospects.
• Assess financial goals and present tailored life insurance and retirement options.
• Manage pipeline using CRM and track interactions.
• Build ongoing relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Stay compliant with product offerings and regulatory standards.
