Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ideally, 2+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor.
• A proven and successful sales track record.
• Active FINRA Series 7 license and Series 63 and 65 or 66.
• Active state variable life and health license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with existing and prospective clients to plan their financial future.
• Utilize company-provided technology and tools to improve operations.
• Use marketing support (mailings, email blasts, customized flyers) to expand business.
• Collaborate with District Vice President to learn new skills and best practices.
• Leverage provided resources to build personal success, including benefits and support programs.
