Job summary

Factify seeks a senior finance leader to map and govern the finance function inside US-regulated enterprises, including approvals, controls, and close activities. You will define rules enabling AI agents to operate within policy, while maintaining strong governance.

You will translate complex policy into explicit conditions and thresholds, collaborate with CFOs, controllers, and internal audit, and ensure ongoing alignment with SOX, ICFR, and US GAAP requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance leadership, controllership, finance transformation, internal audit or Big 4 advisory.
• Hands-on US GAAP and SOX 404 / ICFR experience at a US-listed company (including Israeli firms listed in the US).
• Experience mapping and redesigning finance processes with credibility among senior finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Map core finance processes: record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, close and consolidation, treasury, expense management and FP&A.
• Document delegation-of-authority, approval matrices and internal controls (SOX/ICFR).
• Analyze finance policies and audit findings to identify gaps between policy and practice.
• Define decision rules for invoice matching, accruals and journal-entry validation.
• Build test cases and golden-label datasets and review agent behavior.
