LimitFi, a leading alternative credit manager, seeks a Finance & Operations professional for a full-time remote role in the United States. The position focuses on financial analysis, statements, and accounting tasks, with involvement in operational activities to support the business’s financial health.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, handling reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations while supporting regulatory and management reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills and finance experience required.
• Proficiency in managing financial statements and accounting tasks.
• Experience with financial software and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently in remote settings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Coordinate accounting, accounts payable/receivable and other finance processes.
• Manage premium, commission and revenue reporting and reconciliations.
• Support regulatory, insurer and management reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisers, auditors and other service providers.
• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets and forecasts.
• Support operational processes across underwriting, policy administration and portfolio reporting.
• Work cross-functionally with underwriting and business development teams.
