Trillium Health Resources is seeking a Manager, Finance - Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of the finance unit, drive planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, and ensure accurate, timely financial statements.

Qualifications

• Must have a business degree and experience in financial reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements.
• Must reside in North Carolina and be able to travel within the catchment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Finance unit and supervise staff responsible for financial processes.
• Lead execution of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements.
• Monitor financial performance and identify risks, variances, and areas requiring corrective action compared to budgets and forecasts.
• Manage performance, development, and accountability of assigned team members.
