Job summary

Trillium Health Resources is seeking a Manager, Finance - Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of the finance unit, drive planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, and ensure accurate, timely financial statements.

The role requires a business degree with accounting/financial reporting experience, NC residency, and travel within the catchment. This remote position offers work-from-home options and competitive benefits.

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Manager, Finance - Operations to join our team!

The Manager, Finance - Operations leads the day-to-day operations of an assigned finance unit and is accountable for execution of financial processes and team performance. The role directs planning, reporting, and control activities and coordinates cross-functional efforts to support accurate, timely financial operations and compliance.

On a typical day, you might:

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Finance unit and supervise staff responsible for financial processes.
• Lead execution of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements.
• Monitor financial performance and identify risks, variances, and areas requiring corrective action compared to budgets and forecasts.
• Manage performance, development, and accountability of assigned team members.

Qualifications

Required:

• Associate's degree in a Business field and three (3) years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and/or developing and preparing financial reports; OR
• Bachelor's degree in a Business field and one (1) year of experience in Accounting, Finance, and/or developing and preparing financial reports; OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within North Carolina.
• Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

Preferred:

• Experience with claims payments and/or purchasing
• Experience with D365 Financial System and/or Conduent Meditract system
• Supervision of two (2) or more employees
