Job summary

The Management Trust seeks a Division Finance & Operations Manager to lead a team of eight in the accounting and operations functions for the company. You will partner with the SVP of Construction and the CVP of Finance and Accounting to drive GAAP processes, monthly closes, and timely financial reporting using BuildOps and Sage Intacct.

This role blends financial leadership with operational support, including budgeting, cash flow management, tax and audit coordination, insurance and licensing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including month-end close.
• Experience supervising accounting and administrative teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8 across General Ledger, AR & Collections, AP and Job Costing.
• Oversee GAAP, close processes, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with operational leaders on budgeting and forecast cycles.
• Automate reporting and improve internal controls using BuildOps and Sage Intacct.
