The position requires a bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Healthcare Administration, with a master’s preferred, and offers remote work with 40-hour weeks as part of a full-time

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of finance experience in healthcare or healthcare related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or Health Care Administration is required. Masters degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides observations and interpretation of data and presents findings to Leadership in a storytelling format.
• Monitors initiative success and provides insight and recommendations to improve success.
• Develops system enhancements to improve financial planning and analysis systems and processes.
• Acts as a business advisor, facilitating and oversight of financial modeling as part of new strategy or lookback on existing strategy.
