Job summary

Chevron, headquartered in Houston, is seeking a finance lead for the California COCO business. You will partner with leadership to develop plans, forecast, and drive profitability across retail stations, guiding analysts without direct reporting authority.

You will translate financial data into executive narratives, support capital investments, and drive cost-saving initiatives while collaborating with teams in Houston, Argentina, and Manila to deliver timely insights.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA/CPA is a plus.
• Experience in energy fuels sales or COCO/retail operations preferred.
• Progressive finance experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead without direct reporting authority and coach others.
• Strong financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Strategic thinker with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual business plan and forecast for COCO California.
• Develop executive-level presentation materials and narratives.
• Provide actionable financial insights to guide capex and opex decisions.
• Coach and guide COCO finance analysts across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost savings and growth opportunities.
