Job summary

Chevron is seeking a senior finance analyst to lead monthly results analysis, capital and operating decisions, and executive reporting for the COCO business. You will partner with finance support teams to craft the annual plan and forecast updates, ensuring clarity for leadership reviews.

The role emphasizes translating complex financial topics into concise executive narratives, delivering actionable insights, and coaching finance analysts across multiple locations including Houston.

Qualifications

• MBA and/or CPA is a plus.
• Progressive experience in Finance; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Experience in energy with Fuels Sales is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial fundamentals, accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to coach and lead without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly results analysis and provide decision support on capital investment and opex.
• Develop and deliver executive level presentation materials for leadership reviews.
• Translate complex topics into concise narratives for executives.
• Provide holistic financial support to leadership, station managers, and business consultants.
• Identify performance gaps and opportunities with cross-functional teams.
