Job summary

OB Hospitalist Group (OBHG) is seeking an experienced Finance Director, Operations to join our FP&A team. In this key leadership position, you’ll serve as a strategic finance business partner supporting operations management, hospital program performance, and profitability analysis.

The Finance Director will oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for roughly half of OBHG’s hospital portfolio, driving insights that guide strategic decision-making, contract negotiations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
• 5–10 years FP&A or corporate finance experience, healthcare preferred.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, data analysis tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leadership to develop hospital-level financial plans.
• Lead financial models and variance reporting to improve profitability tracking.
• Manage KPIs and provide insights to strengthen hospital relationships.
• Collaborate with FP&A and executives to align forecasts with objectives.
• Prepare financial presentations and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Conduct performance reviews and drive cost optimization strategies.
• Lead data analytics and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to special projects and strategic planning efforts.
