Lumicity in Connecticut is seeking a Director of Corporate Finance to drive long-range planning, capital strategy, and major corporate-finance initiatives. You will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership to shape growth and capital structure.

Responsibilities include building multi-year financial models, analyzing scenarios, evaluating financing options, and coordinating with investment banks, auditors, legal teams, and executives to execute transactions and funding strategies.

Formación

• 10+ years in corporate/strategic finance, investment banking, M&A, private equity, or capital markets.
• Strong modeling skills, valuation techniques, and financing analysis.
• Experience supporting financing and public capital markets activity highly preferred.
• Exposure to energy, industrial, infrastructure, or technology industries is desirable.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

This is a strategic role working closely with the CFO and senior leadership across long-range planning, capital strategy, and major corporate finance initiatives.

• Experience supporting significant financing or public-capital-markets activity strongly preferred
• Exposure to energy, industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, or technology environments highly desirable
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
