Nestlé Health Science is hiring a Manager, Finance Co-Pilot - Supply Chain to partner with global logistics and procurement leaders. You will drive cost efficiency, manage the monthly close and forecasts, and analyze PPV, waste, and distribution costs.

This role requires strong financial modeling, cross-functional influence, and a track record of delivering value in a fast-paced environment. The position reports to the Director of Supply Chain & Procurement Finance and offers opportunities to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline required.
• MBA and/or professional finance certification preferred (CPA/CMA/CFM/CCE).
• Minimum 5 years in Finance or Accounting, with supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or procurement experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP/IAS and financial statement analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead Logistics and Procurement Finance support and drive cost efficiency.
• Own monthly close, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models for NPV, IRR, ROI, and capital investments.
• Support MBP and MBS planning processes and business case development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network costs and waste reduction.
