Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial Finance Co-Pilot for Europe, AOA & LatAm. You'll partner with Senior Finance Directors and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic financial insights and drive profitable growth across the VMS portfolio.

In this role, you will lead planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, assess distribution opportunities, and translate complex data into actionable insights.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting.
• Experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret data and present insights.
• Experience with SAP, BW, and PivotTables; NAS knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support product innovation and renovation initiatives through financial modeling and P&L scenario analysis.
• Manage the full P&L budget in partnership with Sales and Marketing, including budget reviews and forecast phasing.
• Collaborate with Finance Operations and Supply Chain to identify and implement cost optimization opportunities.
• Support monthly P&L forecasts and participate in business planning and trade meetings.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing cost and product mix.
