Siemens Healthineers AG seeks a Controlling Professional to lead financial close and reporting for the North America Diagnostics portfolio. You will ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, prepare reporting packages, and support ERP implementation while maintaining audit readiness.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, 5+ years in finance, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills; CPA or equivalent is preferred. Remote work options are available with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant finance experience including financial close and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, accruals, and close processes.
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated accuracy and quality in financial reporting across levels.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Prepare and submit financial reporting packages across FAST, HOP & PATH.
• Manage financial systems and data integration between reporting tools.
• Ensure IFRS/compliance and internal controls in reporting process.
• Support ERP implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
• Assist with audit readiness and provide documentation.
