Job summary

DIRECTV is offering a 10-week remote internship in Finance, partnering with the Audit team to gain hands-on experience in planning, risk assessment, and data-driven decision making. You will engage in dashboards, analytics, and automation projects that impact financial performance and internal controls.

We seek students pursuing Undergraduate or Advanced degrees in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
• Understanding of key corporate financial measures and IT security basics including network and system administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in AI tools, process automation, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support Audit and Finance team members in planning and executing assigned projects.
• Assist with evaluating business processes, information systems, and internal controls.
• Analyze financial, operational, system, or control data to identify trends and risks.
• Document procedures, analyses, conclusions, and supporting evidence clearly.
• Develop or enhance dashboards, data analytics, or automation solutions.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate progress and questions.
