Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
• Understanding of key corporate financial measures and IT security basics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in AI tools, process automation or similar technologies (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Power BI, Python).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete assignments in a virtual work environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Audit and Finance team members in planning and executing assigned projects.
• Assist with evaluating business processes, information systems, and internal controls.
• Analyze financial, operational, system, or control-related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Document procedures, analysis, conclusions, and supporting evidence clearly.
• Develop or enhance dashboards, data analytics, or automation solutions.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate progress and questions.
• Handle confidential information in accordance with security and data-handling requirements.
