Job summary

DIRECTV invites enthusiastic students to join our Finance team for a 10-week remote internship this summer. You’ll assist the Audit and Finance groups on projects spanning planning, controls, analytics, and automation.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, and data tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present findings to stakeholders, all while earning hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with AI tools or automation.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Audit and Finance projects from planning to execution.
• Evaluate business processes, information systems, and internal controls.
• Analyze data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Document procedures and conclusions clearly.
• Develop dashboards, data analytics, or automation solutions.
• Communicate progress and issues in project meetings.
